BIOGRAPHY
Daniel L. Sarsorito
Daniel L. Sarsorito was born in New York January 18, 1917 to Anthony and Angelina Grimoliza Sarsorito. He had two brothers
Nicholas
and
John
and a sister Mary. In Rye his family lived at
27 High St.
and were member of the Church of the Resurrection.
Daniel enlisted October 6, 1942 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was in France and Germany with the combat engineers. He was honorably discharged on October 7, 1945
After the war, Daniel worked as a die caster with the Electrolux Co. and would retire after 32 years of service.
Born in Rye, N.Y., he moved to Palm Harbor in 1979 from Stamford, Conn., and later moved to New Port Richey.
Daniel L. Sarsorito , 90, of New Port Richey, formerly of 1 Palm Harbor, died Monday (March 5, 2007) at Community Hospital, New Port Richey.
Survivors included a daughter, Lorie Cornelio, New Port Richey, three grandchildren; and a greatgrandchild.
